The Ghana Health Service has announced that the country has recorded 313 cases of the Coronavirus pandemic.
According to a statement on their website, death cases in the country as at Wednesday April 8, 2020 is six.
They explained that, 37 cases have been confirmed positive under the enhance contact tracing with all of them responding well to treatment.

Ten cases have been recorded from those under mandatory quarantine in Tamale with no death and all of them responding to treatment as well.
Also, 105 cases have been confirmed positive at those under mandatory quarantine in Accra with 74 receiving treatment while 31 have been discharged but under home management.

But in the routine surveillance, 161 tested positive with 3 recovery, 18 have been discharged but under home management with 132 responding to treatment.
Per their graphic explanation, 2 persons under the routine surveillance are moderately ill with 6 deaths as of Wednesday April 8, 2020.
