Reports reaching the desk of Kyfilla.com indicate that, Atinka Media Village – the operators of Atinka FM, Agyenkwa FM, Ahotor FM and Atinka TV have terminated the contract of about 40 workers.
According to the reports, the media firm has taken the bold decision due to the novel Coronavirus disease which has affected sponsorship and advertisement from organizations and companies.

They have joined media firms like Multimedia Group Limited, Global Media Alliance who have also laid off some of their workers due to the pandemic.
It also been reported that, Despite Media Group – operators of Peace FM, UTV, Neat FM, Okay FM, Hello FM, will also lay off some staffs due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
