The family of former Black Stars striker, Junior Agogo has announced date for the funeral rites of the player.
The family has agreed on September 20, 2019 for the burial of the former Queens Park Rangers goal poacher.
According to the family, the funeral of Junior Agogo will be held at the St. Mark’s Church in London at 12pm, and would be cremated followed by reception.
Junior Agogo died on August 22, 2019 at an hospital in London after battling stroke. He died at age 40.

He played for Sheffield Wednesday, Chesterfield, Colorado Rapids, Chicago Fire, Queens Park Rangers, Nottingham Forest, Zamalek SC, Barnet, Apollon Limassol, San Jose Earthquakes, Bristol Rovers and Hibernian.
Junior Agogo will be remembered for his spectacular form for Ghana, during the 2008 African Cup of Nations hosted by the West African side.
