Black Stars and Leicester City winger Abdul Fatawu Issahaku has revealed that he looked up to Black Stars captain Andre Ayew as a child.
He claims that he has always loved the seasoned Black Captain’s enthusiasm for the game.
“When I was coming up, I looked up to Andre Ayew. I liked how he was playing and how much passion he had for football.There was some players who played in the local league and I liked them too, but Ayew was my idol. I was really watching him. It was his playing style and his personality as well,” Fatawu Issahaku told Leicester City’s media outlet.
Abdul Fatawu Issahaku, who was loaned to Leicester City FC from Sporting Club, has developed into one of the team’s best attackers and is looking forward to make his loan deal permanent.
