In preparation for the 2025 African Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifications versus Nigeria, Black Galaxies head coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani has selected a 32-man team for the forthcoming pre-CHAN qualifiers training camp.
The Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram will host the camp starting on Monday, November 25, 2024, as the team prepares for a pivotal two-leg qualifying match against Nigeria in December.
The players will engage in rigorous training during the camp, which will involve training matches, conditioning exercises, and tactical drills.
The team will break camp for the national elections after the second week of camping, which runs from December 1 to December 5. They will start camping again on December 8.
The return leg is set for December 27–29, 2024, while the first leg will be hosted by Ghana on Saturday, December 21, 2024. Ghana advanced to the 2023 CHAN tournament after defeating Nigeria in the qualifications.
Coach Dramani’s team will try to build on this victory and guarantee a spot in the 2025 CHAN tournament, which will be held in Tanzania, Kenya, and Uganda.
