The Division One League Board have scheduled to award players and coaches who excel in every month.
This was discussed during the Board meeting on Tuesday, March 3, 2020. The Board decided that the award will start at the end of March this year.

Criteria for selecting the players for the award will be the number of man-of-the-match awards a player will won within the month as well as points accumulation by his club within the period, number of goals scored, clean sheets kept, assist provided and disciplinary record of the players involved.
For the coaches, it will be number of points accumulated within the period, number of goals scored and clean sheets kept within the period as well as the disciplinary record of the coaches involved.

The Board also discussed that they will arrange a meeting with the Club Licencing Board to address issues of bad pitches, lack of dressing rooms for some clubs and unavailability of shaded benches for clubs at some centers.
Meanwhile, the 2019/20 division one league enters week eleven this weekend across all the three zones.
