The Executive Chairman of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Dr. Kwame Kyei is confident that his outfit will amassed the three maximum points against Zesco United in Zambia.
The Porcupines will lock horns with the Zambian giant in the last group game of the CAF Confederation Cup on Sunday March 17, 2019 at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium.
The Kumasi based club shared spoils with Al Hilal Omdurman on last Sunday at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium which means the Porcupines have to win against Zesco United to ensure qualification to the quarter-final stage of the competition.
However, Dr. Kwame Kyei believes his outfit can caused havoc in Zambia by beating the Ndola based club who are already out of the competition, at their favorite Levy Mwanawasa Stadium on Sunday.
” I was very happy with the results yesterday. How can you determine that God is great in these situations..??, so when all hope are lost that’s where he glorifies himself”, he told Light FM.
” I haven’t seen anything, even if we get eliminated from this stage, this won’t be a stumbling block between me and my God in ultimately praising and worshipping him to the extreme.
” As humans we don’t own our destiny except God. We will be leaving here Tuesday so let’s leave everything in the hands of God. What he desires will come to past.
” I deeply from my heart want to thank the supporters. The whole of Africa I haven’t seen such support like this before so they shouldn’t be discouraged but keep supporting the club and I believe Kotoko will reach higher heights.
