Ghanaian defender Abdul Jalilu, formerly of Dreams FC, has signed a two-year contract with Rwandan powerhouse Mukura Victory Sports.
Jalilu, who played a key role in Dreams FC’s historic run to the CAF Confederation Cup semi-finals, has passed his medical and is set to join the Rwandan side for the upcoming season.
Despite some criticism regarding his move, Jalilu has stated that his primary focus is on providing for his family, not chasing individual accolades.
The 24-year-old amassed an impressive 133 appearances for Dreams FC, contributing 3 goals and 4 assists during his time with the club.
