Belgium skipper, Eden Hazard has announced his retirement from international football following the country’s abysmal showdown in the ongoing FIFA World Cup in Qatar.[ads2]
The 31-year old has called it a quit with the national team after fourteen years of playing for the Red Devils.
The Real Madrid attacker captained Belgium in the 2022 FIFA World Cup of which the team failed to progress from the group stage of the competition after being tipped as one of the favorite countries.[ads3]
Hazard managed 126 appearances for Belgium, scoring 33 goals.[ads4]
