The biological brother to President Akufo-Addo, Edward Akufo-Addo has sued Ghanaian media conglomerate Class Media for defamation.
Popularly referred to as Bompty, Mr. Akufo-Addo who is a businessman and the Managing Director of Amaadi Cold Stores Limited has not only sued Class Media but also the radio show host at Accra FM, Kwabena Bobbie Ansah, and is demanding Gh¢10 million in damages.
Not only that, Mr. Akufo-Addo is demanding an apology and an order restraining the defendants from further denigrating him.
