The Effia Nkwanta Hospital Morgue is preparing a mass burial for about 100 bodies that have been at the morgue over a long period, creating congestion.
Noah Ayisi who is the Prosector of the Morgue tells Connect FM’s Nhyiraba Paa Kwesi Simpson some of the bodies have been at the morgue since 1997 without any claimant.
The bodies include unidentified accident victims as well as those who have intentionally been abandoned by relatives.
Authorities of the Morgue are giving the general public especially those whose relatives are missing a two week ultimatum to contact the morgue for identification before the mass burial on August 3, 2018.
