The flagbearer of the leading opposition party NDC, John Dramani Mahama is reportedly set to announce his running mate in March 2020.
According to reports, John Mahama has disclosed to the top hierarchy of the National Democratic Congress his decision to announce his running mate next month for the upcoming general elections.

Rumours have it that, about eight names have popped up for the position though John Mahama has not revealed the name yet.
Former Education Minister Prof Jane Naana Opoku Agyeman alongside former Finance Minister Kwesi Botchwey and former KMA boss Samuel Sarpong are the leading personalities reportedly among the names popped up.

Others include; former Minister for Local Governance Hon. Kwasi Oppong Fosu, former Chief Executive Officer of GNPC Alex Mould, Party General Secretary Johnson Asiedu Nketsiah, former Deputy Ambassador to China Horace Ankrah, former Mayor of Accra Dr. Alfred Okoe Vanderpuije.

But as to who becomes the running mate for John Mahama in the upcoming general elections remains unknown as most Ghanaians are patiently waiting for next month for the official announcement.

I think and believe that non of the proposed running mates suits the position, Dr.Zenator Rawlings will be the best running mate to Mahama.
