Ekow Ben Announces Release Date for New Song “God Alone” featuring Psalmist Sam
The new generation may have to find a new tree to clutch to, since music consumption and distribution have taken a different turn compared to these eras in the past.
One of such names is Ekow Ben and here we attempted to profile the Gospel Artist;
Ekow Ben as his artiste name was born on 5th January at Sekondi, known from birth as Ben Mohammed Salami. He is a descendant of a Nigerian Muslim Family; his father is a Muslim and mother a Christian. He is from a family of 5 being the first born and only male child of his family with 2 sisters.
Ekow Ben started his primary to Junior High School at Gadara Academy and attended Sekondi College which he offered Business as his Programme. After High School completion, he further his Education at Takoradi Polytechnic now Takoradi Technical University (TTU) and Pursued Purchasing and Supply as his Programme of study for three years.
Ekow Ben had the passion for music at a very tender age. He had passion for drumming and would normally use saucepan and its cover as his drum. This led to his love for music and joined the Junior Choir (New Generation Singers) at his Church (Great Word Foundation Church International) and his ministration touched hearts and changed lives.
He later joined the senior choir at his church and his anointing in singing kept growing.
Thus, his passion for Music grew stronger and Joe Mettle then became his Role Model because he say what was in him to be the same with his. His love for God’s work has opened many doors for him. He is the Local Youth President at his church and the Vice President of the youth when it comes to National.
God being soo God he released his ever and new song titled IN GOD ALONE in 2nd December 2022. His inspiration behind this Song is that he believes that with everything its only God who can see us through.
His song touched lives and souls and it sold out well which has led to his latest rebrand of the song titled GOD ALONE which features Psalmist Sam and was released on the 30th of June, 2023. It’s streaming on all music platforms.
One interesting and motivational thing about Ekow Ben is that he writes his own songs. Yes, he is his own Lyricist. A young man who is making the Youth of Jesus Christ proud with his devotion and sacrifice in worshiping God. Hardwork they say pays off and Ekow Ben is a true sculpture of that.
