Ghanaian international and Olympique Lyon winger Ernest Nuamah has pledged to step up for his club to help his teammates due to the confidence they have placed in him this season.
The Ghanaian was a bit dormant last season, but there have been some glimpses of recovering to his best this season. The player admitted that he is more confident and is aware of his prowess as things are going well for him and his teammates so far.
During an interview, the winger challenged himself to become even better than he is now if he can only continue with his confidence. He said,
“I feel good; my teammates give me confidence on the field. Everything is going very well; I am more confident within the team. But I am aware that I can do more; I want to bring more to my team.”
Nuamah was heavily sought after by Everton and other big European teams, but he chose to stay with the Ligue 1 giants.
