Former Blacks Princesses midfielder Ernestina Abambila made her debut appearance for her new side Assi IF in a 1-1 draw against Umea.
The 20-year-old came from the bench for the last 30 minutes of the game.
Ernestina Abambila penned down the deal last Friday and immediately was handed her first game yesterday when his side pulled parity.
Abambila after a stellar professional career with Sekondi Hasaacas Ladies where she won 3 National Women’s League title has had stints with FC Minsk and Aris Thessaloniki in Belarus and Greece respectively.
She played in the 2017-18 UEFA Women’s Champions League where she registered her name as the first Ghanaian to score in the competition against Slovenia’s Ljubljana.
