Football Club Samartex 1996 have secured the approval of the Club Licensing Committee of the Ghana Football Association without sanction becoming the second club in Ghana after Inter Allies in 2019/20 to do.
The Western Region side secured approval on the areas of sporting, legal, finance, administration, personnel and infrastructure for the 2023/24 football season.
FC Samartex 1996 have to begin the previous campaign outside the Nsenkyire Sports Arena due to defects which are currently corrected per the Club Licensing Committee.
The Club took to social media to share their joy;

“After a comprehensive evaluation of clubs in key areas, including sporting, legal, finance, administrative, and personnel and infrastructure, FC Samartex emerged as the only club to meet all requirements.
