Midfield maestro Firdaus Yakubu of Hasaacas Ladies FC has been included in the Black Queens squad to face Zambia.
The former Ashtown Ladies talismanic midfielder has been superb to watch since she signed for the Takoradi-based giants two years ago.
Firdaus played a key role in every victory for the Hassacas Ladies team, which later made Ghanaian women’s football proud throughout Africa.
The in-form midfielder, who played for Ashtown Ladies from 2015 to 2022, joined the Hasmal Ladies before the commencement of the 2022–2023 Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League season.
The 24-year-old signed a three-year deal with Hassacas Ladies, which will tie her up until 2025. The match will be played on February 23, 2023. The kick-off time is 5 pm.
