Fire destroys more than 100 shops in the Kantamanto market area. The fire outbreak occurred around 1:00 AM on Thursday.
The Ghana National Fire Service reported that they dispatched 13 fire trucks across Accra to combat the early morning blaze, which was located near the Ghana Commercial Bank.
Fire officers on the scene stated that they had managed to bring the fire under control.
