Five souls have perished in an accident at Gomoa Adam near Gomoa Anteadze on the Kasoa-Cape Coast Highway in the Central Region this morning.

Two passenger cars, a Ford Transit with the Registration number GS 6031- 20 and a Toyota Hiace with the Registration Number GR 5059-20 had an head-on collision with five persons dying at the spot.
According to reports, fourteen persons were involved in the accident with seven of them transported to the Apam Catholic Hospital for treatment while two others have been treated and discharge.

The five bodies have been deposited at a morgue, Kyfilla.com understands.
