Former Brentford manager Martin Allen has questioned Mohammed Kudus current form as the Ghanaian international is not scoring goals or winning matches for his club West Ham United.
Allen explained that, it will be very disappointing if the Ghanaian go 20 games without scoring a goal or winning any points for the team. Kudus signing was welcomed by a high expectations looking at the amount the Hammers splashed on the forward.
He exhibited great quality in his first season when David Moyes was the manager at West Ham. Since the Scots departure, Kudus hasn’t been the same.
“If he goes 20 games without scoring a goal or winning any points for West Ham, you’ve got to question why he’s in the team. At the moment, Kudus is falling short of what’s needed for a winning team. As a manager, you always have to work out and look at the stats.
How many games has Kudus played? How many goals and assists has he made?” Allen asked.
