Former Asante Kotoko defender Ahmed Adams is on the verge of joining Ashgold Sporting Club, Kyfilla.com has learnt.

According to Oyerepa FM, the 26-year old has concluded talks with the management of the Obuasi based side, pending a successful medicals.
Adams per the report, is expected to arrive in Obuasi later today for his medicals before penning down a contract with Ashgold ahead of the upcoming league season.

He played for Asante Kotoko in the 2015-17 season before leaving for abroad.
Ahmed Adams has previously played for Berekum Chelsea, Asante Kotoko and Al-Shoalah in Saudi Arabia.
