Ghana international Frank Acheampong scored his 13th league goal of the season for Chinese Super league side Tianjin Teda in a 5-2 home defeat to Beijing Guoan at the Tianjin Tuanbo Stadium on Saturday.
Acheampong found the back of the net in the 21st minute to put Tianjin Teda in the lead but his side could not hold onto the advantage for long after Brazilian forward Renato Augusto pulled level for Beijin Guoan.
The 24-year-old lasted for the entire duration of the game.
Acheampong has now scored 13 goals in his 18 appearance for the Chinese side Tianjin Teda this season .
Wu Lei of Shanghai SIPG ,leads the goal king chart with 18 goals,followed by Eran Zahavi of Guangzhou Evergrande with 16goals and Nigerian striker Odion Ighalo of Changchun Yatai ,also with 15goals.
