The new Ghana Football Association held a successful regional elections on Friday to elect new leaders to lead the various ten regional football associations for the next stipulated years.

George Afriyie who is vying for the highest seat in the Ghana football business, has sent his hearty congratulatory message to the newly elected chairmen for the various regional football associations.

The former Ghana FA Vice President who is touted as the leading candidate for the Ghana FA seat posted on his Facebook timeline that, ” A hearty congratulations to all colleagues who won the respective RFA elections. Now comes the hard part, let’s work together to build Ghana football.

George Afriyie will battle with Kurt Okraku, Fred Pappoe, Amanda Clinton, George Ankomah Mensah and Nana Yaw Amponsah on October 25 for the vacant Ghana FA seat.
