The Ghana Education Service (GES) has affirmed date for the resumption of school after six months of break due to the novel Coronavirus.
President Akufo-Addo in his nationwide address earlier, announced that Form 2 Junior High School and Senior High School students can resume school on Monday, October 5, 2020.

This is to enable them complete the 3rd term and second semester of the current academic year.
A statement from the Ghana Education Service states that all schools have been fumigated and disinfected with personal protective equipments (PPE’s) provided to the various schools to ensure the safety of the students against the deadly Coronavirus.

The statement further states that other strict measures has been put in place to ensure the safety of the students while in school.
