Ghana FA Presidential aspirant George Kwasi Afriyie unveiled his ambitions for Ghana football when elected as the next Ghana FA President.

The launching exercise was held in a colorful ceremony at the Eusbett International Conference Center in Sunyani today.

The manifesto launch saw Chiefs, aspiring Ghana FA President Kurt Okraku, Ghana FA Executive Council hopefuls and media personnels in attendance.

The former Ghana FA Vice President had his manifesto based on three pillars.
– Redemption
George Afriyie explained that when voted as the next Ghana FA President, he shall redeem the lost image of Ghana football by running a crystal-clear administration with transparency and integrity as watchwords.
– Revival
He indicated that under his administration, youth and grassroots football, women’s football, gala, FA Cup and the National Leagues would be revived devoid of bribery, corrupt practices, roudyism, and hooliganism and fair play will definitely be their mantra.
– Restoration
Under the restoration, the Okyeman Planners bankroller explained that, under his administration, Ghana FA will be restored to its lost glory.

He indicated that lessons would be drawn from the past to forge a new beginning.
He said that “Ghana football shall take it rightful place amongst the league of football nations.”
