Medeama Sporting Club have endorsed Ghana FA Presidential aspirant George Kwasi Afriyie ahead of upcoming elections.

The Yellow and Mauves have become the second premiership club to declare their support for the former Ghana FA Vice President after Asante Kotoko.
On their official twitter page, the club posted that, “MedeamaSC offers its unflinching backing to @GeorgeKAfriyie to become the new President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA).

“We believe he is the man needed at the moment to take the wheel of @ghanafaofficial.
He has our total support in his quest to become the new face.”

George Afriyie will battle with Kurt Okraku, Fred Pappoe, Nana Yaw Amponsah, Amanda Clinton and George Ankomah Mensah for the highest seat in Ghana football.
The Ghana FA elections will be held on October 25, 2019.
