Astute football administrator, Wilfred Osei Palmer has declared his intentions to appeal his disqualification from the Ghana FA Presidential race.

The bankroller for Tema Youth Football Club was excluded from the Vetting Committee’ list of candidates who are eligible to contest for the various positions in the upcoming Ghana FA elections.
Palmer who was touted as favorite for the vacant Ghana FA Presidential seat was not included in the list of candidates contesting for the Ghana FA Presidential seat, reducing the candidates to six.

But the former Vice President of the Black Stars Management Committee has declared his intentions in a letter, to challenge the decision from the Vetting Committee of the Normalization Committee.

The list has Amanda Clinton, George Afriyie, Kurt Okraku, Fred Pappoe, Nana Yaw Amponsah and George Ankomah Mensah as the remaining six candidates eligible enough to contest for the Ghana FA Presidential seat.

The Ghana FA elections have been slated for October 25, 2019.
