A Licence D Coaching course for selected Coaches in the Ashanti Region will take has begun today July 15 to July 22, 2024, as part of continuous efforts to improve the calibre of coaching at all levels of Ghanaian football.
The training, which will be held at the Christian Village in Kumasi, will involve thirty-eight coaches from the Ashanti Region.
The coaches will cover a range of subjects under the direction of GFA Technical Director Professor Joseph K. Mintah.
This is part of the GFA’s effort to increase the number of adequately educated coaches in the football ecosystem, since this would greatly enhance grassroots player development.
More coaching courses for male and female coaches in Ghana’s various football regions will be held by the GFA.
