Ghana Premier League clubs are to pocket $15,000 from the Covid-19 fund from the Ghana Football Association according to multiple reports in the media.
The 18 top flight sides are to earn USD equivalent of GHS 86,000 per reports that gazumped the online space on Tuesday evening.
Meaning, the Ghana Premier League clubs combined will pocket $270,000 from the FIFA and CAF Covid-19 fund.

According to the reports the 48 Division One League clubs are to receive either $10,000 or $7,000 with Ghana League Clubs Association gathering $2,000.
The Division One League clubs will combine takeaway $480,000 with the report saying nothing about the 16 elite women’s league clubs.
FIFA per statements made public have dolled out $500,000 to member association to cater for Women’s Football.

The GFA through government intervention via the Youth Employment Agency have started a process to offer a GHS 500.00 stipends to all registered female footballers with the exception of government employed footballers, those with Police Ladies, Prisons and Immigration Ladies.
The GFA however is silent on the matter.
