Members of the Ghana Rugby have donated health items to the various polling centres at the Korle-Klottey Constituency in Accra.
Led by their President and Board Chairman Mr Herbert Mensah, the federation donated branded nose/face masks, shields and some essential vitamins to all the polling centres in the Constituency.
They made the donation after successfully registering for their Voters ID in the Constituency.
According to Mr. Herbert Mensah, the exercise forms part of their advocacy in ensuring the wearing of nose/face masks by Ghanaians as directed by President Akufo-Addo.
It’s of no argument that since President Akufo-Addo made the wearing of nose/face masks compulsory, Mr. Herbert Mensah has been one of the leading advocates, donating and preaching to Ghanaians to adhere to the protocol as the fight against Coronavirus continues.
The Ghana Rugby members during the donation also urged all to adhere to the safety protocols to help fight against the devastating disease.
