Ebusua Dwarfs head coach, Bashiru Hayford has revealed that most Ghanaian footballers are ungrateful citing Samuel Inkoom as an example.
According to the outspoken Coach, Samuel Inkoom and Harisson Afful were rejected by the management of Kumasi Asante Kotoko due to their smallish stature but he took the risk to continue using them in matches.
Speaking to Sekondi based Radio Silver 92.3 FM, the former Ashantigold SC head coach continued that, the aforementioned players depended on him for daily bread before being accepted by the management of the Kumasi based team.

“Samuel Inkoom and Harisson Afful were depending on me for daily bread before being accepted by Kotoko. But none of them have even gifted me anything”
However, the sensational Head Coach continued that most footballer gives coaches only watches and mobile phones as gift and nothing else and even believes that some of the players he helped don’t even have his contact on their mobile phones.
“What they give me is watches and mobile phones and don’t even have my contact on their mobile phones”
