Serbian side ŽFK Spartak Subotica have announced the signing of Ghana midfielder, Edmund Addo on a permanent deal.[ads2]
The 22-year old midfielder has joined Subotica after leaving Moldovan club Sheriff Tiraspol where he has excelled.
Addo was a key member of FC Sheriff during his stay at the club which even attracted offers from clubs like Red Star Belgrade.[ads3]
The former FC Senica midfielder played 33 matches for Sherrif last season across all competitions and scored once, helping the club to retain the Moldovan Super Liga title and also won Moldovan Cup.
He made his Ghana debut on November 11, 2021 during an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Ethiopia at the Orlando Stadium in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Edmund Addo has since capped seven times for Ghana.[ads4]
