The Executive-Director of GNPC Foundation, Dr Dominic Eduah has said the corporation for the past five years has offered scholarships to 5,550 brilliant but needy Ghanaians to pursue various programmes in tertiary institutions.
According to him, the Foundation, through its Education and Training Unit, has on the foreign front, awarded 295 scholarships to students to pursue various post-graduate programmes and sponsored 200 students to also pursue medicine in Cuba.[ads2]
Speaking at the Foundation’s end of year media soiree in Takoradi on Thursday, December 22, Dr Eduah added that the foundation has also sponsored 40 lecturers from the Takoradi Technical University to pursue various programmes in universities within and outside Ghana.

He added that, “We have also paid keen attention to the physically-challenged students in various tertiary institutions within and outside Ghana.”
