The Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) is set to construct a 100-bed hospital in Walewale of the newly created North East Region.
This forms part of GNPC effort to ameliorate the dire health needs in the aforesaid region.
The Vice President of Ghana, H.E Dr. Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia had the enviable privilege to cut sod for the commencement of the project.
This also falls under the purview of GNPC to impact the lives of Ghanaians through the provision of infrastructure and poverty alleviating policies.
