The Golden Clash ended today at the Duns Park in Bibiani as Ashantigold Sporting Club whipped Gold Stars FC 2:1
The encounter was to prepare both clubs for the upcoming league season in the country which start in March this year.
Ashgold showed their superiority over the lower division side courtesy two brilliant goals from Joseph Gordon and in-form Daniel Gozah.
The home side kept putting pressure, knocking on the defense of the Obuasi based side for a consolation and probably an equalizer.
Finally, they managed to pull one back to console their supporters with Prince Fosu’s strike.
