Ashanti Gold duo of Appiah McCarthy and Amos Kofi Nkrumah have returned to training after injury lay-offs.
According to the club, Appiah McCarthy and Amos Kofi Nkrumah were suffering from knee problem and boil respectively, where they were excluded from the CAF Confederation Cup first-leg game in Equatorial Guinea against Akonangui FC.
The two players bounced back to training today ahead of the CAF Confederation Cup second-leg game against Akonangui FC.

Ashanti Gold held Akonangui FC to a 1:1 stalemate in the first-leg of the CAF Confederation Cup and will host the reverse fixture on August 25 at the Lenclay Sports Stadium in Obuasi.
