President Akufo-Addo has revealed that his government will be absorbing fifty percent electricity bills.
He made this known during his sixth address to the nation on measures the government has put in place to fight the Coronavirus pandemic.

He indicated that, this will help industries to maintain their businesses and will also provide relief for households in this Coronavirus period.
Already the water bills of April, May and June have been absorbed by the government which means Ghanaians will be enjoying free water for the next three months.

According to the President, these are measures to ensure that Ghanaians leave comfortably as the country fight the Coronavirus disease.
The President also mentioned that Ghana has recorded 378 cases of the Coronavirus disease with 6 deaths.
