The Ghana Grid Company Limited (GRIDCO) has apologized to all Ghanaians over the sudden power outage across the country.
There was a power outage nationwide on Sunday, March 7, 2021 around 2:10pm.[ads2]
According to a release from GRIDCO, the power outage was as a result of a challenge in power which led to an interruption of power supply to all part of the country.[ads3]
The release further states that, technicians are working assiduously to restore power to all Bulk Supply Points.
