Head coach for Hasaacas Ladies, Yusif Basigi has landed a two-week attachment at UK-based club, Pick Up Academy.
Pick Up Academy based in London is both male and female club for footballers below the age of 18 with Nike as their sponsor.
The renowned Ghanaian tactician who double as the head coach for the Ghana Black Princesses is expected arrive in London next week, May 17 and return to Ghana on May 30, 2019.
Yusif Basigi, who recently won the NC Special Women’s Cup with Sekondi Hasaacas Ladies, has been invited by the management of Pick Up Academy to coach and share his experience in women’s football with the team.
He will be introduced to the playing body of the team during their afternoon training session. This is the fourth time the astute gaffer is traveling to Europe for an internship.
Pick Up Academy per Kyfilla.com understanding, get their training coaching from Arsenal FC and Sutton United and their players are recruited to Wycombe Wanderers FC, Barnet FC, Brentford FC and Crystal Palace FC.
Meanwhile, coach Yusif Basigi has had an attachment with Rebon Rackers of which former England female player, Rachel Yankey is an executive member, ZFK Napredac- Krusevac in Serbia (2017), and A.T.S Buntentor in Bremen-Germany (2018).
