According to the former Tema Youth coach, he has gained much more experience in the local terrain and can handle the Phobians when given the mantle on permanent deal.
“I have gained lots of experience in the local game for the past thirty years and coaching Hearts of Oak is not big for me. I want the coaching job permanently.
Nii Odoom added that, currently there is no pressure on him as Hearts of Oak interim gaffer despite the team’s shambolic performance in the ongoing league campaign.
He however admitted that, the Phobians need new signings to strengthen the current squad for the full league season.

Odoom revealed these after Hearts of Oak heavy defeat to Medeama Sporting Club at the Akoon Park in Tarkwa on last Sunday.
