Samuel Asamoah, the newly signed right back for Asante Kotoko from Tano Bofoakwa has revealed his ambition for joining the Club.
The young right back was unveil by Asante Kotoko as their new signing on Thursday morning after passing medicals.
Asante Kotoko has so far announced the signing of Yahaya Dawuni, Nanabayin Amoah, Andrews Ntim Manu, Kalo Ouattara and Henry Ansu.

Speaking to club official website, Samuel Asamoah revealed that he wants to be in the history books of the Red Army like former players like Aziz Ansah, Frank Amankwah and Yaw Frimpong who became toast of the fans during their days with the porcupine warriors.

“I will be ready to do my best to be remembered like Aziz Ansah, Frank Amankwaa and Amos Frimpong” – Samuel Asamoah
“This is a great step for me because it has been the club I have always prayed for, and to be here finally means a lot,” he told the club’s media.
“I know fans of Kotoko do not take their number-two position lightly because of names like Frank Amankwaa, Aziz Ansah and Amos Frimpong, but I will be ready to do my best to be remembered like these legends.”
