Afrobeats singer Sally M has shed light on the height she wants to attain in the next five to ten years of her music career.
The Takoradi-based singer, writer and journalist stated on New Day TV she is pursuing music out of passion and that music is her full time job. She highlighted that in the next 5-10 years of her music career, she wants to get to the level of the likes of Nigerian music sensations in Wizkid and Tiwa Savage.
Sally M remarked “I have a goal in sight. I am not just doing music for fun, I love music. I want to take my music career to very far. I am looking at getting to the level of Wizkid and Tiwa Savage in the next 5-10 years.”
Sally M who is currently making waves in the music industry in her debut year has three singles namely, Attention Love, Makoma, and Feeling with her first ever EP in line to be released next year.
At the 2023 Western Music Awards, Sally M beat competition from Fiffi Latex, Phynex, Debby Sway among others to win the New Artist of the Year award a testament of her hard work and determination to soar higher in the Music industry in the Western Region and Ghana at large.
