Baba Nuhu Mallam has shockingly revealed his exit from Real Tamale United was basically due to his intolerance for match fixing as he was told to step aside by the Club’s management to allow for manipulations of the game.
According to the former Real Tamale United Coach, the Club’s management were fully aware he will not tolerate playing matches of convenience and therefore asked him to step aside.
“Real Tamale United wanted to involve in fixing games, knowing that with me as the Head Coach they won’t succeed in that dubious act. So they said I should step aside as the manager in other to pave way for them to involve in their match fixing” – he told Bishara FM.
RTU approaching the dying embers of the season feared getting relegated after strings of defeats at home to Nsoatreman FC, King Faisal FC, Karela United FC and drawing to Dreams FC games that they were staunch favorites to nick all three points.
