Head coach for Ashantigold Sporting Club, Svetislav Tanasijevic is confident Kumasi Asante Kotoko will defeat Nkana FC on Sunday.
The Porcupines will lock horns with the Kitwe based club in match-four of the CAF Confederation Cup on Sunday 3rd March, 2019 at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.
The Serbian, however, has advised the entire playing body of the only Ghanaian representative in the ongoing CAF inter-club competition to put aside the lost they suffered in Zambia and attach maximum concentration towards the game on Sunday for victory.
” I’m confident Asante Kotoko will defeat Nkana FC 2 or 3 goals to nil”, he told Light FM.
” The players should forget about the Zambia defeat and attach maximum concentration towards the game for victory on Sunday.
He also urged Ghanaians to throw their support for the Porcupines and described the decision on the part of Hearts of Oak fans to support Nkana FC as unnecessary.
“Ghanaians must throw their ultimate support for Kotoko, heard some Hearts of Oak fans preparing to support Nkana FC, let me tell you, it’s simply unnecessary.
