Nkana FC pivotal Ghanaian defender Richard Ocran is excited to meet Kumasi Asante Kotoko in the CAF Confederation Cup group stages.
Kotoko were drawn in group C with Zambian giants ZESCO United and Nkana FC as well as Sudanese side Al Hilal to lock horns for the quarter final slot in the CAF Confederation Cup.
The Porcupine Warriors will travel to Zambia to play Nkana in their third group game on February 24 .
However, in an interview with kyfilla.com, the former Ashantigold SC centre-back believes his side have enough quality to run triumph over the Porcupine Warriors in the both encounters despite Kotoko topmost form currently.
” I’m excited to meet Kotoko in the Confederation Cup and I know we can face them boot for boot”, he said.
” They’re in their form but we also have enough quality to face them in both encounters.
Ocran joined Nkana FC on a season long deal as a free agent and since then has quickly established himself as an important figure in the team, winning four supporters man of the match awards as well as Nkana FC’s most discipline player last season.
