Ghanaian young boxer Isaac “The Royal Storm” Dogboe says he’s in good health and had no serious injuries after suffering another defeat at the hands of Emmanuel Navarette.
Dogboe lost again to Emmanuel Navarette in WBO junior bantamweight rematch on last Saturday at the Convention Centre in Tucson, Arizona.
The 26-year old threw in the towel in the twelfth round after realizing that he can no longer contain the hard punches from the Mexican.
The former junior bantamweight champion who went 20 fights unbeaten with 14 technical knockouts, within a space of five months had suffered two heavy defeats to the same opponent, causing him to lose his title.
However, Dogboe, after suffering his second consecutive defeats on last Saturday, has disclosed that he’s doing well and had no serious injuries from the last Saturday blow.
“Thanks to God for the gift to life and thanks to all my supporters and loved ones, I appreciate you all. Unfortunately I came up short last night but I’m in good no serious injuries. Will keep you updated as to what the future holds for #TeamDogboe.”
Meanwhile, Kyfilla.com understands, the boxer has made a revelation of moving away from bantamweight to featherweight after the defeat last Saturday.
