The Black Queens of Ghana trained for the first time on Sunday at the Wits Sports Complex in Bloemfontein, Johannesburg, in preparation for their match against Namibia on Tuesday in the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier second leg.
Early on Sunday, December 3, the team landed at the O.R. Tambo international airport and immediately made their way to Pretoria to set up camp.
Following that, Nora Häuptle and her team got right into training at the Wits Sports Complex in Bloemfontein, Johannesburg.
The little over hour-long session involved all twenty-three players.
Prior to the pivotal game on Tuesday, the Black Queens will undergo an official practice on Monday, December 4.
On Tuesday, December 5, 2023, the second leg tie would take played at Pretoria’s Lucas MoripeStadium.
