Athletic Bilbao striker Inaki Williams has announced his readiness to play for Ghana when given an invitation.
The 28-year old has been a target for Ghana ahead of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
After playing for the junior sides of the Spanish national team, Williams has had difficulties walking into the senior team of the European countries despite incredible stint in the Spanish laliga.
And after talks with officials of the Ghana Football Association, Inaki Williams has finally decided to play for Ghana ahead of Spain.
In a video, Inaki Williams said that, “Today, a new challenge begins, from now on, I will defend Ghana’s T-shirt with all my will whilst I give my best. I’m one of the Black Stars.”

This comes as huge news to Ghana as the World Cup approaches with Tariq Lamptey, Salisu Mohammed all assuring to play for Ghana.
