Ghanaian forward Inaki Williams, scored and provided an assist for Athletic Bilbao’s last night against Deportivo Alaves taking his goal tally to three in the La Liga this season.
In the 18th minute, Bilbao’s Williams scored the game’s first goal with a skillful finish after being set up by midfielder Mikel Vesga.
After receiving a ball from Inaki Williams, Oihan Sancet extended the lead for Bilbao in the 76th minute to secure their second away victory of the season.
The 29 year old attacker was once again used as a right winger by Ernesto Valverde his head coach.
He was rated 8.8 and named as man of the match and playing full 90 minutes.
Since the start of the 2023–24 season, the Inaki Williams has been crucial for Bilbao, having contributed to five goals after six games. He has two assists along with three goals.
