Ghanaian forward Iñaki Williams has earned nomination for La Liga Player of the Month of September award.
He is competing with Barcelona’s Robert Lewandowski,Real Madrid’s Jude Bellingham,Takefuesa Kubo of Getafe and Savio of Girona for the prize.
After playing six games this season,Inaki Williams has scored
3 goals and provided one assist.
Inaki Williams has had a fantastic start to the 2023/2024 La Liga season playing as a right winger.
He ranks third for the highest combined goals and assists (5) in the La Liga so far and an average rating of 7.74.
This will be the first time the Ghanaian forward will win the La Liga player of the month award should he eventually win it.
Despite his stellar performances for the Athletico Bilbao, the 29-year-old is yet to score for the Black Stars since switching allegiance last year to Ghana.
